Fred Allegrezza - Chief Executive Officer

Fred Allegrezza is a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in Executive/Technology Management and Business Development in the Computer and Communications sector. Fred has been founder, CEO and angel investor of multiple successful startup companies. Most recently, Fred was the primary investor and Executive Chairman of AnySource Media, a Connected TV software company acquired at a premium by DivX in September of 2009.

In 1997, Fred founded Vivid Technology a successful Video On Demand company that grew, merged with Concurrent Computer Corporation and became an industry leader delivering VOD systems to Comcast, Time Warner, Cox, and other cable companies. Vivid/Concurent captured 40% of the cable VOD market. Fred continued as CTO of Concurrent Computer as they grew to a market cap over $900M.  More

John Roberge - VP of Sales

John Roberge has over 30 years experience in consumer sales, sales management, sales training and executive management with a focus on senior consumers. Previously, John was a consultant and seminar leader in sales strategy and sales training. He is a dynamic speaker and strategy consultant mentoring some of the most highly regarded brands in the Aging in Place sector. Clients include Renewal by Andersen, Jacuzzi, Kohler, and Safe Step safety products. Harmar and Stannah stair-lifts, Jitterbug phone and most recently the Telikin Senior Computer. Nancy Allegrezza - Director of Sales

Nancy Allegrezza BSN, RN, FCN‚ joined Telikin in 2009. Her extensive background as a RN includes years of experience in working with seniors in acute and long term care settings, and educational program development. She has utilized her experience working with our inside sales team, long term care communities and in sales and support staff training. The last 10 years at Telikin has included being a company spokesperson, and inside and outside sales. Her nursing background is extensive, providing direct patient care and education in long term care, community nursing and hospital based practice.
Nancy is on the Nursing Advisory Board at Gwynedd-Mercy University and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International.  More

Penni Burkam Bacheler - Manager of Systems Development

Penni Burkam Bacheler has over twenty five years of experience as a software developer, project leader, pre-sales technical consultant, and later systems administrator on Linux, Unix, Solaris, and Stratus platforms, largely in Financial Services.

Participated in development of financial trading systems that enabled Foreign Currency and Interest Rate traders to track their investments against current values, then spent a number of years working with prospects and clients to implement and use that system.  More

Edgardo Gho is a Computer Engineer specializing in GNU/Linux Operating systems, drivers, system builds, and embedded systems. Edgardo leads our Product Development and Operating Systems teams keeping the Telikin system up to date with latest security and stability releases. Jeremiah Johnson - Manager of Business Development and Marketing

Jeremiah joined Telikin in 2014 as a data analyst and has since taken an upper role in marketing/sales and business development and brings 10 years of sales and marketing experience to the company. Prior to joining the company, he served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United Sates Army. After completing his service, he earned his degree in Economics from Armstrong State University, where he graduated Suma Cum Laude, while focusing on econometric modelling techniques. Here he translated his studies into published research, while also working as a business journalist.

Jared Landis - Manager of Operations

Jared joined Telikin in 2013 as a Customer Technical Support Agent. Since then he has worked his way up through the company as a Technical Support Team Lead, Technical Support Manager, Warehouse Manager to now Manager of Operations.
He enjoys helping the agents to be able to grow in their time here and as positions become available, being able to see them through a promotion. He is currently going to school to work on his Bachelor's in Business Management.  More

Andrew Showers - Business Manager, Human Capital Manager

Andrew joined Telikin in 2015 as a Business Associate and through his five years at the company has grown into his current role as Business Manager. He is involved in the weekly and monthly accounting work for the company, H.R. and benefits management for all of our company’s plans and employees, and completes payroll for the company. Prior to joining Telikin, Andrew completed his undergraduate studies at West Virginia University, and then went on to attain his M.B.A. from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL.
Andrew prides himself on always being available for employees, to speak with him and to make sure they have everything they need to achieve their personal and professional goals while employed at Telikin. He enjoys helping in the onboarding process of new employees however he can, and has got great fulfillment in helping the company grow by over 60 full time employees since he started five years ago.  More
